Curaçao

Curaçao is a versatile island. With a surface of 444 km² (61 kilometers long and about 5 to 14 kilometers wide), Curaçao is the largest island of the former Netherlands Antilles. It lies in the southwest of the Caribbean Sea, 70 kilometers off the coast of Venezuela. Because of this location, Curaçao is outside the hurricane belt.

The average temperature of 28C and the cooling breeze of the ever-blowing Northeast Passaat ensure a pleasant climate in Curaçao. The official language on Curaçao is Papiamentu, but especially Dutch and also English and Spanish are spoken.

Beautiful beaches, great food, a very good infrastructure and excellent medical facilities. Curaçao is easily accessible. From the Netherlands, two airlines fly to Curaçao daily. Curaçao is also easily accessible from North and South America.
